Julietta Schwieterman
Julietta M. (Kunk) Trafzer-Schwieterman, age 89 of Celina, Ohio passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2026 at the Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys. She was born the daughter of the late Richard and Alvina (Otte) Kunk in Celina, Ohio on July 30, 1937. On September 26, 2006 Julietta married Virgil Schwieterman, who survives living in Celina.
Julietta is also survived by her four children; Dianna (Joe) Bruns of Celina, Donna (John) Bruns of St. Marys, Dan (Michelle) Trafzer of Sarahsville, David Leslein of Columbus, seventeen grandchildren; Derrick (Kristin) Hague, Dean (Heather) Hague, Joshua (Danielle) Bruns, Stephanie (Derrick) Timmerman, Andrew (Ashley) Bruns, Justin (Victoria) Bruns, Tim Hanna, Kim (Tyler) Shuttleworth, Julie Goetz, Kyle Trafzer, Ashley Trafzer, Kaylee Trafzer, Joycelyn (Rick) Pastre, Brittany Waldman, Paxton (Tyler) Dillion, Alexis Rehl, Amber Lewis and thirty-three great grandchildren. Three siblings Mary Fullenkamp of Plant City, Fl, Rose Ann (Paul) George of Billings, MT, Kathleen Heitkamp of Versailles, brothers -in-law and sisters-in-law; Phyllis Siefring of Koontz, TX, Virgil Thobe of Sidney, Diane (Grilliot) Kunk of Russia, Joy (Bob) Post of Coldwater, Ginny (Larry) Axe of McCartyville, Mike Bruns of Dayton.
In addition to her parents Julietta is preceded in death by her daughters Debra (Dennis) Hague, Della Harter, Siblings and in-law; Eugene (Carol) Kunk, Carl Kunk, Barbara Thobe, Ralph Kunk, Ivo Fullenkamp, Leo Heitkamp, Nobert Schwieterman and Mary Bruns.
Julietta graduate from Celina High School in 1955. She retired in 1998, from Huffy Bicycle plant's tool room after thirty-eight and half years of service.
She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, canning, word finds and attending her grandkids and great grandkids sporting events.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Julietta at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 10, 2026, with Fr. Robert Muhlenkamp officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Mary Catholic Cemetery in Celina.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, October 9, 2026 and from 8:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. on Saturday at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Education Endowment Fund at the Immaculate Conception School.
