This April 8, 2020, photo released by Sakura City shows a giant windmill with tulips in full bloom before being razed at Sakura Furusato Square in Sakura, Chiba prefecture, east of Tokyo. Tens of thousands of tulips in full bloom were razed to prevent crowds from gathering amid worries about the coronavirus outbreak. The 800,000 tulips have long been a centerpiece for an annual festival at the picturesque square. The April 1-26 festival was canceled after the Japanese government declared a state of emergency for the pandemic earlier this month. (Sakura City via AP)
