Gusty southwest winds will become westerly this afternoon. The strong winds and the recently fallen snow is resulting in some blowing and drifting snow, especially across rural and open areas. This may result in rapid changes in road conditions over short distances. Motorists should exercise extra caution.

Deborah Ford
Former Celina resident Deborah Ann Ford, 49, of Newport, Ky., was found dead Oct. 22, 2006, at her home. Death was due to natural causes.
She was born Sept. 2, 1957, in Philadelphia, Pa., to Kenneth Sr. and Rita Ford. Her parents and stepmother, Joanne Hemmelgarn Ford, are deceased.
Surviving are a stepgrandmother, Marcella Hemmelgarn, Celina; and numerous uncles and aunts.
Deceased are two brothers, Dennis Ford and Kenneth Ford Jr.
She was a waitress at Frisch's Restaurant, Newport.
Services are 1:30 p.m. Saturday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Richard R. Riedel officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 12:30-1:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
