* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 338 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, Wabash, Mendon, Montezuma, Tama and Neptune.

Marcella Eichenauer
Marcella Sally Eichenauer, 79, 1117 Princeton Ave., Celina, died at 9:30 a.m. Dec. 24, 2006, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born March 2, 1927, in Celina, to Edward and Alvena Luth Siebert. On Sept. 7, 1947, she married Dillon Eichenauer, who died Dec. 3, 2000.
Survivors are three daughters, Kathy (Thomas) Kimmel, Celina, Brenda (Terry) Harmon, Convoy, and Marcia (Dennis) Hoffhines, Rockford; a brother, Earl (Audrey) Siebert, Celina; two sisters, Estella Siebert and Edna Frahm, both of Celina; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Vernon Siebert; and a son-in-law, Ronald Sipe.
She was retired from Society Bank. A 1944 graduate of Celina High School, she was a member of St. John Lutheran Church and its Charity Circle, Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Arvid Harklau officiating. Burial is at Buck Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, and after 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the church.
