Dolores Stienecker
Dolores J. Stienecker, 85, 116 N. Buckeye St., St. Marys, died at 4:15 a.m. Dec. 31, 2006, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born July 28, 1921, in Auglaize County, to Carl and Emma Thielk Knatz. On Oct. 12, 1946, she married Earl Stienecker, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Steve (Georgeann), New Knoxville, and Dennis (Deb), St. Marys; two brothers, Robert and Harold (Jean) Knatz, both of St. Marys; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Charles Knatz and a sister, Wilma Moeller.
She was a homemaker and active at Zion Lutheran Church and its women's groups.
Services are 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. William Maki officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday and after 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Contributions can be made to the church or Grand Lake Hospice.
