Jerome Hoelscher
Jerome "Jerry" Hoelscher, 62, 844 Hemlock St., Celina, died Feb. 14, 2007, at his residence of natural causes.
He was born on April 7, 1944, in St. Marys, to Daniel and Bernadine Prenger Hoelscher. On May 6, 1972, he married Janice Hertel, who survives.
Also surviving are four brothers, William (Lou), Lima, Daniel (Paulette) and Michael (Sue), all of St. Marys, and Robert, Wapakoneta; four sisters, Doris (Leroy) Rutschilling, St. Henry, Thelma (Bill) Becker, Botkins, Jean (Ned) Koenig, Lima, and Betty (Dan) Jackson, Wapakoneta; and a mother-in-law, Audrey Hertel, Celina.
He worked at Moorman Harting & Co., was an accountant for St. Marys Marathon and was involved in custom farming. He was a graduate of Columbus Business University and a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, American Legion Post 210 and Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie Post 1291, all of Celina, the Ohio National Guard and Aero Modelers Association.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 Monday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Brenberger officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday and 9:30-10 a.m. Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
