Dana Kermit Hoffman
Dana Kermit "Pat" Hoffman, 84, 301 Magnolia St., Celina, died at 2:40 a.m. June 12, 2007, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born May 24, 1923, in Mercer County, to William and Jessie Piper Young Hoffman. On Sept. 15, 1946, he married Iona Spicer, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Terry (Leslie), Loveland; a daughter, Pamela Efaw, Columbus; a sister-in-law, Betty Lechifflard, of Florida; three grandsons and a great-granddaughter.
Deceased is a brother, Keith.
He retired as a partner and owner of Hoffman Poultry, Celina, a U.S. Army veteran serving in the European Conflict, and a 1941 graduate of Celina High School. He was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5713, American Legion Post 210 and Free and Accepted Masonic Lodge 0241, all of Celina.
Services are 11 a.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Robert Metheny officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 3-5 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home were military services will be performed at 7 p.m. and Masonic services at 7:30 p.m.
