Mildred Patton
Celina native Mildred "Micki" Margaret Elizabeth Smalley Patton, 92, of Scottsdale, Ariz., died Jan. 10, 2007.
She was born Dec. 27, 1914, in Celina, to William and Edith Bachar. She married Richard A. Smalley, who died in 1943. She then married Curt A. Patton, who also is deceased.
Surviving are three daughters, Rosalie Preston, Rockwell, N.C., Rebecca Indermaur, Scottsdale, Ariz., and Paula Patton Caringi, Cave Creek, Ariz.; a stepson, Phillip "Jace" Kay Patton, of California; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a stepson, Curt "Bud" A. Patton Jr.; and a brother, Paul Bachar.
She retired as an interior designer and was a life member of lota Epsilon Charter of the Phi Beta Psi Sorority and a founder of the Celina chapter.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
