* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM Friday to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Ken and Chris Obringer of Coldwater and their springer spaniel, Jerry, join joggers and bicyclists as they walk along the Celina-Coldwater bike path as part of their personal exercise program. The couple also plan to participate in a newly-formed program called Moooving to Lose, which is sponsored by Mercer Health, where Ken Obringer serves as marketing and communication director.
