* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM Friday to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Getting a kick at the picnic

Duncan Homan of St. Henry kicks a field goal on the St. Anthony Catholic Church grounds Tuesday morning during a server's picnic for boys and girls from nine area Catholic parishes. Nearly 160 youths participated in the event, which featured a carnival-like atmosphere with games and food. The event began with an 8 a.m. Mass.
