At 954 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Newport, moving east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Montra, Newbern, New Jerusalem, Lockington, Ridgeway, Woodstock, Botkins, Mount Victory, Millerstown, Kiser Lake State Park, Hardin, Pemberton, Piqua, West Mansfield, East Liberty, St. Paris, Logansville, Belle Center, North Lewisburg, and Lakeview.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 77 and 106.

Emma Hart
Emma C. Hart, 89, 1901 Burrville Road, Fort Recovery, died at 4:05 p.m. Sept. 8, 2007, at Briarwood Manor Nursing Home, Coldwater.
She was born Sept. 10, 1917, in St. Joe, to Adolph and Ida Reinhard Sanderell. On Oct. 9, 1945, she married Linus Hart, who died Nov. 8, 2005.
Surviving are six sons, Ron (Judy), Xenia, Don (Kathy), Beavercreek, Robert "Zeke" (Connie), William and Louis (Peg), all of Fort Recovery, and Charles, Centerville; five daughters, Rita (Henry) Pottkotter, Coldwater, Barbara (Bob) Graves, Villa Hills, Ky., Rose (Marty) Tobe and Virginia (Rick) Homan, all of Fort Recovery, and Marianne (Steve) Uhlenhake, St. Henry; a brother, Thomas Sanderell, Fort Recovery; two sisters, Monica Rammel, Phillipsburg, and Bertha Sanderell, Fort Recovery; 44 grandchildren and 41 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter-in-law, Linda; three brothers, William, Norbert and Leo; two sisters, Regina Forthoefer and Matilda Sanderell; and a great-grandchild.
She was a 1935 graduate of Fort Recovery High School and a member of St. Wendelin Catholic Church and its Altar Rosary Sodality.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Tony Fortman officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-9:45 a.m. Wednesday at Brockman & Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
