COLDWATER - Superintendent Rich Seas is frustrated that the school's maintenance plan, which was submitted over two years ago, has not been approved by the state - thus preventing the school from accessing the money in the maintenance fund.
MINSTER - Edna Wise never intended to write a book. She merely wanted to share stories with her children about growing up during lean times when hand-me-downs were the rule rather than the exception and school shopping involved the purchase of new tablets and pencils.
