Joseph Pierron
Joseph L. Pierron, 68, 114 Elm St., Osgood, died at 7:45 a.m. Dec. 19, 2007, at his home.
He was born Feb. 5, 1939, in Frenchtown, to Alfred and Treva Treon Pierron. On Sept. 30, 1961, he married Mary Bruggeman, who survives.
Other survivors are three sons, Gary (Sandy), Versailles, and Bruce (Elaine) and Nick (Amy), all of Maria Stein; five brothers, Bill (Rosie), Dick (Ruth), Marvin "Muzz" (Jane), Tom (Judy) and Larry (Cheryl), all of Versailles; a sister-in-law, Julianne "Boots", Versailles; and nine grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Paul.
He retired from Minster Machine Co. in 2001. He was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church and it's Men's Society, Osgood, Knights of St. John, Maria Stein, and United Steel Workers Local 3210, Minster. He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving in Germany.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. David Zink officiating. Burial is at St. Martin Cemetery, Osgood.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
