Mildred Barlage
Mildred M. Barlage, 81, a resident of Heritage Manor Nursing Center in Minster and a former Fort Loramie resident, died at 3:45 a.m. Dec. 26, 2007, at Wilson Memorial Hospital, Sidney.
She was born Feb. 4, 1926, in Newport, to Frank and Frances Broerman Bergman. On July 20, 1957, she married Virgil F. Barlage who died Feb. 8, 1987.
Surviving are a brother, Oscar Bergman, Minster; and 11 nephews and nieces.
Two brothers, Melvin and Edwin Bergman, are deceased.
She retired in 1989 from Copeland Corp. in Sidney. She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, St. Anne Rosary-Altar Sodality and the Apostleship of Prayer, all of Fort Loramie.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Steven Shoup officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
