* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

Robert Sneddon
Robert "Bob" Sneddon, 78, 400 E. Warren St., Celina, died Dec. 26, 2007, at his residence.
He was born June 2, 1929, in Zanesville, to Buddy and Elizabeth Lane Sneddon. On Dec. 23, 1961, he married Helen Vorhees who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Jeff (Deb) of Celina, Dan (Lana) of LaGrange, Ind., and Joe (Kathy) of Zanesville; three daughters, Vicki Boatright and Lisa, both of Celina, and Becky Talbot, California; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
He retired as a telephone contractor with Tom's Installation. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, 1291, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post, 5713, and the American Legion Post, 210, all of Celina.
Services are 7 p.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Robert Ellis officiating. Military rites will follow.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
