* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

McKenna Black of Immaculate Conception School in Celina pets a stuffed puppy as she pretends to make a public service announcement commercial for pet adoption, during a special program at the school on Thursday. The video clip - including special effects that placed a dog kennel behind her - was part of a hands-on program to teach students how TV shows and commercials are made.
