* WHEN...Until 1115 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 810 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

The November death of a Celina man has been ruled a case of accidental drug overdose, according to reports from the Mercer County Sheriff's Office. [More]
ST. MARYS - Ohio EPA has issued a public notice of intent to increase the city's mercury limit in the wastewater from 1.8 to 12 parts per trillion. After 30 days the increase will become final.
The Mercer County Sheriff's Office continues to receive questions as area residents prepare to renew their four-year concealed carry permits. Just under 500 permits have been issued in the county since they first became available in April 2004.
