Suit claims misconduct in Celina ethanol plant zoning
Four area couples have filed a lawsuit in Mercer County Common Pleas Court alleging misconduct of the local zoning appeals board that issued a zoning variance to Mercer Energy.

The Mercer County Fair schedule has been shifted this summer, so the fair will begin on a Friday and end the following Thursday.
