Karlton Weaver
Karlton C. Weaver, 68, of Midway Park, N.C., died Jan. 24, 2009, at his home.
He was born March 5, 1941, in Auglaize County, to Thomas and Joann Weaver. His first wife, Betsy Cox, died in 1988. His second wife, Thresa Whitcomb Hartsfield Weaver, died in 2007.
Surviving are a daughter, Kimberly Linn, of Wisconsin; a son, Randy (Shirley), Jacksonville, N.C.; two stepdaughters, Kimberly Cunningham of Oregon, and Tiffany LeDoux, Jacksonville; a sister, Karen (Robert) Adams, St. Marys; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
He retired from the U.S. Marine Corp. where he had served in the Vietnam War, and was a 1960 graduate of Celina High School
A memorial service was held at his home Jan. 29, 2009.
Arrangements were handled by Wilmington Burial and Cremation Service, Wilmington, N.C.
