James Burke
James T. Burke, 52, 04670 Glynwood Road, St. Marys, died March, 7, 2009, at his residence. Death was due to cancer.
He was born Sept. 16, 1956, in St. Marys, to David and Isabel Hartke Burke. His mother survives in St. Marys. On Aug. 21, 1976, he married Kimberly Lininger, who died Dec. 7, 1998.
Other survivors are two daughters, Lisa (Randy) Flaute, Anna; and Katie (Mike) Kleinhenz, St. Marys; siblings, Ann Dieters, Minster, Barb Parramore, Dayton, Caroline (Terry) Fenstad, Amhert, Mass., David Burke, Minster, Elizabeth Caswell, Dayton, Florence (Larry) Smith, Kenner, La., Gertrude (Denny) Bushman, New Bremen, Howard (Debbi) Burke, Union City, Tenn., and Irvin Burke, St. Marys; and a granddaughter.
He was a 1975 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School and worked at Crown Equipment Corp., New Bremen. He was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Glynwood, and the Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge, St. Marys.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Oscar Seger officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
