* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 642 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with several roads closed near and west of Celina. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Carthagena, Neptune, Chattanooga and Maria Stein.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 435 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... The senior computer support technology class was invited to the Ohio ETech Conference in February to present their project of using wireless technology as a backup.
