* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

Linus Brackman
Linus J. Brackman, 76 of Englewood, died June 16, 2009, at the Maria Joseph Living Care Center, Trotwood.
He was born April 28, 1933, to Raymond and Anna Grube Brackman. He married Frances Koesters, who survives.
Other survivors are four sons, Alvin (Jennifer) Brackman of Michigan, Edward (Loretta) Brackman, Columbus, Steven (Monica) Brackman, Dayton, and Brian (Michelle) Brackman, Vandalia; two daughters, Yvonne Fetters, Brookville, and Lynn (Tim) Hester, Englewood; a brother, Dennis (Thelma) Brackman, St. Henry; a sister, Annette (Dale) Sutter, Coldwater; a sister-in-law, Joann Brackman, Union, 16 grandchildren and a great grandson.
Deceased are two brothers, Cyril "Cy" and Alvin Brackman.
He retired after 33 years with the U.S. General Accounting Office. He was a member of Precious Blood Catholic Church, Englewood, where he served as a Eucharistic Minister and Lector and was a member of the Serra Club and the Companions of Precious Blood Society. He was active with the Knights of Columbus- Marion Manor Council #3754 where he served as Past Grand Knight for two terms and was the financial secretary for 181/2 years. He was a member of the Catholic Knights of America and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. William O'Donnell officiating. Burial is at Fairview Cemetery, Englewood.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. today and 9 a.m. until time of Mass Friday at the Kindred Funeral Home, Englewood
