* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Florence Dulebohn
Florence J. Dulebohn, 89, 212 S. West St., St. Marys, formerly of Buckland, died at 3:10 p.m. Aug. 28, 2009, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born April 12, 1920, near Glynwood to John and Josephine Spidel Schneider. On Oct. 6, 1939, she married Melvin Dulebohn, who died July 6, 2008.
Surviving are, three sons, Roy (Darlene) Dulebohn, Wapakoneta, Larry (Sandra) Dulebohn, Dale Hollow, Tenn., and Harold Dulebohn, Celina; six daughters, Donna (James) Ruwoldt, Janice (Don) Farley and Sharon (Tom) Axe, all of St. Marys, Alice Hague and Lois (Randy) Steinke, all of Wapakoneta, and Gloria (Steve) Maloney, Piqua; a brother, Elmer Schneider, Portland; 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Allen Dulebohn; a daughter, Mary Ellen Dulebohn; four brothers; and four sisters.
She was a homemaker and a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Anthony E. Cutcher officiating. Burial is at Greenlawn Cemetery, Wapakoneta.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9:30-10:15 a.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home and Cremation Service, St. Marys.
