* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Anna Mitchell
Anna M. Lamm Mitchell, 51, 416 Beech St., St. Marys, formerly of Fort Recovery, died at 1:06 p.m. Aug. 30, 2009, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys. Death was due to a traffic accident.
She was born July 30, 1958, in Portland, Ind., to Herman and Theresia Beumer Lamm. On Oct. 25, 1991, she married David Mitchell, who died June 20, 1993.
Surviving are two sisters, Barbara (Ed) Muhlenkamp, Portland, Ind., and Joan (Harry) McPheron, St. Marys; three brothers, Ken (Janice) Lamm, Fort Recovery, Paul Lamm, North Andover, Mass., and Tom (Joan) Lamm, Fort Recovery; a father-and mother-in-law, Lindell "Mitch" (Rose) Mitchell, Villa Ridge, Mo.
She was a member of New Life Christian Center, Celina. She was a 1977 graduate of Fort Recovery High School and attended Wright State University.
Service is 10:30 a.m. Friday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, the Rev. Gary King officiating. Burial is at St. Joseph Cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Thursday and 9:30 a.m. until time of service Friday at the funeral home.
