Scattered snow showers occurring across the area will slowly diminish through the overnight hours. These snow showers will continue to cause brief reductions in visibility. In addition, the snow showers could produce a light coating of snow on roadways. This will result in the potential for some slick spots to develop. Motorists should be prepared for changing conditions overnight and exercise extra caution.

Mason Bey

Mason Paul Bey, infant son of Keith and Paula Massey Bey, Mason Road, Fort Loramie, was born Sept. 4, 2009, at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton. He died early Sunday morning on Sept. 6, 2009, at the hospital.

Other survivors are an infant twin brother, Levi William Bey; grandparents, Ray (Joan) Massey, Fort Loramie, and William and Karen Bey, Fort Loramie; great-grandparents, Barbara Massey, Fort Loramie, and Patricia Bey, Versailles.

Deceased are great-grandparents, Urban and Loretta Benanzer, Paul Massey, Robert and Dorothy Zimmerman and Paul Bey.

Angel Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Michael Catholic Church, Fort Loramie, the Rev. Steven Shoup officiating.

Calling is 4-6 p.m. Thursday and 9 -10 a.m. Friday at Gehret Funeral Home, Fort Loramie. Burial is at the church cemetery.
