Laura Marie Gilmore
Laura Marie Gilmore, 92, 1208 Fenway Drive, Celina, died at 8:10 p.m. March 3, 2010, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Dec. 5, 1917, in Celina, to Joseph and Della Brown Andrews. On June 8, 1939, she married Raymond Gilmore Sr., who died Feb. 16, 1980.
Survivors are three sons, Joe (Jude) Gilmore, Ocala, Fla., Ray Gilmore, Fort Myers, Fla., and Terry (Millie) Gilmore, St. Marys; a daughter, Pamela Hume, Celina; seven grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are seven brothers, Paul Leroy, Cy, Warren, John, Irvin, Lewis and Elmer; and two sisters, Hazel Stuehr and Myrtle Dohme.
She was a LPN at Gibbons Hospital, a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Celina, the Montezuma and Hopewell granges, and a 1935 graduate of Celina High School.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. Kim Miller officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. today and one hour before services on Saturday at the funeral home.
