* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Larry Houser
Larry M. Houser, 63, Rockford, died at 6:08 p.m. June 8, 2010, at Community Health Professionals Hospice Center in Van Wert.
He was born June 29, 1946, in Celina, to Clarence "Peck" and LaVon Burden Houser. He married Betty Emerson, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Michael Houser, Rockford, and Matthew Houser, Columbus; a daughter, Melisa Lovelace, Rockford; two brothers, Richard (Connie) Houser, Van Wert; and Derryl Houser, Celina; four sisters, Virginia Strukamp and Roberta (Harry) Long, all of Rockford, and Dorothy Goodwin, St. Marys, Esther Houser, Celina; and eight grandchildren.
Deceased are two sisters, Beatrice Houser and Mary Roby, and two brothers, James and William Houser.
He worked at Goodyear and Veyance in St. Marys. He was a member of the New Horizon Church in Rockford, and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles 1292 in Rockford. He also served as a Sgt. in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a 1964 graduate of Memorial High School in St. Marys.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina. Burial will be at Mount Olive Cemetery in Rockford.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
