* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until noon EDT today.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusts of 30 to 40 mph will be common, but the highest gusts near 50 mph will be sporadic. Gusts will decrease behind a cold front that will move through the area this morning.

Jesselyn E. Monroe
Jesselyn E. Monroe, 85, Celina, died at 12:40 a.m. March 4, 2011, at The Gardens in Celina.
She was born April 18, 1925, in Celina to William Foster and Edna Lampy Archer. On June 14, 1947, she married Clifford Monroe, who died in June 1974.
Surviving are two sons, Jerry (Theresa) Monroe, Fort Myers, Fla., and Jim (Linda) Monroe, Celina; four daughters, Patricia (James) Rohler, Marion, and Martha (Larry) Knapke, Jetta (Ed) Mutter and Terri (Bob) Shinn, all of Celina; two sisters-in-law, Margie Brehm and Luetta Hill, both of Celina; 24 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Eugene Archer; and a granddaughter.
She retired as bookkeeper for Barrs Store and McKirnan Brothers and worked in food service at Huffy for McKirnan Brothers. She was a 1943 graduate of Celina High School and deputy grand matron of the Celina chapter of The Eastern Star. She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina, United Methodist Women, Hopewell Grange and the Moose Auxiliary.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery. Eastern Star Services will be 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
