* IMPACTS...Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...While temperatures are expected to be in the upper single digits (above zero), a northwest wind at 10-15 mph will make temperatures feel as if they are colder than 10 below zero.

Mary Miller
Mary E. Miller, 90, St. Marys, died at 8:12 p.m. March 11, 2011, at the Laurels of Worthington in Worthington.
She was born Feb. 27, 1921, in St. Marys to Alonzo and Alvina Anders Rupert. In 1940, she married Norman B. Miller, who died Aug. 9, 1977.
Surviving are four children, Norman (Jewell) Miller Jr., Gahanna, Susan (Gilbert) DeHart, West Chester, Pa., Robert (Lillie) Miller, St. Marys, and Ronnie (Sandi) Miller, St. Marys; 12 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
Also deceased is a grandson; three brothers, Ben, Irvin and Wilbur Rupert; and two sisters, Katherine Tarter and Ruth Dyer.
She was a 1939 graduate of Memorial High School in St. Marys, where she was awarded a scholarship in mathematics. She was a homemaker and retired seamstress group leader from Wapakoneta Products in Botkins. She also worked at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, Luxury Blankets and St. Marys Blanket Company. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in St. Marys, where she taught Sunday School and sang in choir. She also played bass fiddle in a Dixieland/Big Band era band.
Funeral rites are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Ed Bray officiating. Burial is at Resthaven Memory Gardens near St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys.
Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association for research.
