At 954 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Newport, moving east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Montra, Newbern, New Jerusalem, Lockington, Ridgeway, Woodstock, Botkins, Mount Victory, Millerstown, Kiser Lake State Park, Hardin, Pemberton, Piqua, West Mansfield, East Liberty, St. Paris, Logansville, Belle Center, North Lewisburg, and Lakeview.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 77 and 106.

Mildred Tester
Mildred Joann Tester, 76, Celina, died April 12, 2011, at her residence.
She was born Aug. 5, 1934, to Berlin and Blanche Adams Shaffer. On July 17, 1965, she married Clifford "Duff" Tester, who died May 23, 1998.
She is survived by three sons, Scott Hines, Delphos, and Rob (Anita) Hines and Gary Hines, all of Celina; four daughters, Kathy Phillips, Celina, Candy (Kelly) Hire, Van Wert, Connie (Dale) Cook, Celina, and Karen (Kevin) Knoth, Coldwater; two brothers, Neal Shaffer and Dean (Kay) Shaffer, all of Celina; a brother-in-law, Ron (Carol) Tester, Celina; a sister-in-law, Ginger Miller, Coldwater; 17 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was a retired custodian for Celina City Schools and had worked at Walmart.
Services are 3 p.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Richard Field officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Celina.
