* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

H. Wayne Menchhofer
H. Wayne Menchhofer, 58, Cincinnati, died April 14, 2011, at his residence.
He was born May 29, 1952 in Celina, to Herbert and Anne Menchhofer, who are deceased. He married Kathleen Osterday, who survives.
Also surviving are his children, Christian W. Menchhofer, Timothy J. Thoman and Kathryn (Casey) Coslett; siblings Roger (Sara) Menchhofer, Judy (Bob) Cardy and Gary (Terri) Menchhofer; and two grandchildren.
He was a graduate of the University of Cincinnati.
Funeral Mass was today at St. Xavier Catholic Church, Cincinnati. Burial was at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
Arrangements were handled by T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home, Cincinnati.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati or to the American Cancer Society.
