* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Ruby Suever
Ruby Lee Suever, 83, of Montezuma and formerly of Spencerville, died at 9:26 a.m. June 17, 2011, at Celina Manor.
She was born Feb. 14, 1928, in Wise County, Va., to Denver Lee and Martha Jane Maggard Sturgill. In July 1984, she married Leonard Suever, who died Oct. 13, 1995.
Survivors are three children, Patsy Gardner, Kingsport, Tenn., Patrick Patterson, Columbus, Ga., and Randy Patterson, Montezuma; a brother, Kenneth Sturgill, Wapakoneta; a sister, Lena Mae (Nathaniel) Hamilton, Wise; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Gary Patterson; a sister, Bertha Mae Voltz; and a sister-in-law, Tina Sturgill.
A homemaker, she had worked at Nameco, Spencerville, in the 1960s and later was an elderly care provider in the Delphos area. She was a member of Bowersock Brothers Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary in Spencerville.
Service is 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, Spencerville, the Rev. Elmer Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Spencerville Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
