Mary Alice Longemeyer, 88, St. Marys, died at 1 a.m. Nov. 26, 2011, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.

She was born Dec. 28, 1922, in St. Marys, to Daniel and Alice Spicer Hay. On Jan. 19, 1941, she married Richard Longemeyer, who died Oct. 3, 1998.

Surviving are a daughter, Sue (Michael) Zdrodowski, Crossville, Tenn.; a brother, Dan (Frieda) Hay, St. Marys; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson.

Deceased is a sister, Annie Katterhenry.

A 1940 graduate of Memorial High School, St. Marys, she was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, St. Marys. She retired from Alcoa Building Products, Sidney.

Service is 1 p.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, the Rev. David Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Elm Grove Cemetery.

Calling is 11 a.m. until time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
