Mercer County revenue expected to increase this year
Sales tax revenue is up 5.6 percent over last year in Mercer County and likely will set a new record high by year's end.
Consumer spending in Mercer County bumped sales tax revenue to $3,615,087 since January - an increase of $192,000 over last year at this time, auditor Randy Grapner said.
