* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...Through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain are possible Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall may produce 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Jerry Roberts
Jerry Lee Roberts, 62, Union City, Ind., died Oct. 31, 2012, at Hospice of Dayton.
He was born in Union City, Ind., to Amos and Ethel Roberts. His father is deceased; his mother survives in Union City. He married Sharon Miller, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Jerry Lee II, St. Paris, and Kyle (Michelle) Roberts, Cincinnati; a daughter, Rachelle (Seth) Swallow, Fort Recovery; a mother-in-law Viola Miller, Fort Recovery; two brothers, Joe (Donna) Roberts, Union City, Ind., and Doug (Vickie) Roberts, Union City; three sisters, Francis (Jim) Newton, Greenwood, Fla., Joyce (Jerry) Kremer, Celina, and Bonnie (Rick) Nichols, Portland, Ind.; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Also deceased is a brother, Roger Roberts.
Services are 4 p.m. Nov. 11 at Pleasant Hill Church, Union City, Ind. Calling is 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the church.
