* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...Through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain are possible Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall may produce 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

John Rutherford
John Martin Rutherford, 71, of Eubank, Ky., and formerly of St. Henry, died Oct. 29, 2012, at Select Specialty Hospital, Lexington, Ky.
He was born June 22, 1941, in Somerset, Ky., to Lewis and Geneva Smith Rutherford, who are deceased. He married Rosemary Walden, who survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Connie Sue (Wayne) Shadoan, Elsie Faye (Mike) Silvers and Rosanna (Scott) Rutherford, all of Somerset, Ky.; a brother-in-law, Don Walden, Eubank, Ky.; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
He was retired from Beckman and Gast Canning Co., St. Henry, where he had worked in maintenance.
Funeral services were today at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home, Bro. David Carr officiant. Burial followed in Freedom Cemetery, Science Hill, Ky.
