Robert Blew
Robert E. "Bob" Blew, 81, Celina, died at 6 a.m. Dec. 31, 2012, at the Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
He was born April 24, 1931, in Columbus to Harry and Leona Bevans Blew. On Nov. 28, 1953, he married Marilyn Fell, who died Dec. 2, 2010.
Surviving are a son, Gary (Sally) Blew, Hamilton, Mich.; a brother, William "Bill" (Ann) Blew, Lima; and a sister-in-law, Sharon Pingry, Celina.
He was a retired supervisor at Kessler Builders, Celina, a position he held for 41 years. He also was a member at the First Church of God, Celina, a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and a member at the Celina Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He graduated from St. Marys High School and enjoyed fishing and outdoor activities.
Funeral services were today at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina. Burial followed at Swamp College Cemetery. Military rites were conducted by the Celina VFW and American Legion.
