Daniel Flaute
Daniel E. Flaute, 44, Celina, passed away at 11:05 p.m. Jan. 27, 2013, at his residence in Celina with family.
He was born Feb. 7, 1968, in Celina, to Roger and Margaret Behm Flaute. On Nov. 16, 1991, he married his loving wife Angie Fortman.
Also surviving are his three sons, Cole Flaute, Ross Flaute and Kyle Flaute; two sisters, Sheila Flaute of Celina, and Cheryl (Chris) Winget of Celina; father–in-law and mother-in-law Jim and Judy Walker Fortman of St. Marys; and his two sisters-in-law, Julie (Dave) Koch of Las Vegas, and Joni (Pat) Mc Evoy of St. Marys.
He graduated from Celina High School in 1986. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina. He was also a member of the American Legion Post #210 in Celina and the Celina Moose Lodge. He was a team leader at Honda in Anna. He loved sports and coached young adults in Bullpups and Celina basketball, soccer and baseball leagues. He was a true outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing and camping.
Mass of Christian burial is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Kenneth Schnipke officiating. Burial will be in St. Marys Catholic Cemetery at the family's convenience.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and before 10 a.m. Thursday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
