Ruth Buckloh
Ruth L. Buckloh, 100, Coldwater, passed away at 5:03 a.m. Feb. 4, 2013, at The Gardens at Celina.
She was born Aug. 19, 1912, in Mercer County, to Thomas George and Edna Thomas Fireoved. On Feb. 15, 1941, she married Harold W. Buckloh, who died March 26, 1993.
She is survived by her four children, Don (D. Jane) Buckloh of Shelburne Falls, Mass., Jane (James R.) Mustard of Celina, Ann (Tom) Stafford of Springfield, and Betty (Jon) Clouse of Coldwater; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a brother, Wayne (Hazel) Fireoved of Mendon; and sisters-in-law Dorothy Buckloh of Celina and Harriet Fireoved of Scottsdale, Ariz.
She was preceded in death by her brothers and sister-in-law, Dale (Pauline) Fireoved and Ralph Fireoved.
She graduated from Mendon Union High School in 1930. She was a homemaker and a farm wife. She worked in the 1930s for the Agricultural Adjustment Administration. She attended Erastus United Methodist Church in Coldwater.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. Friday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. Allan Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Thursday and one hour before services at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
