* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with numerous roads remaining closed due to high water. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Steven Lee Robbins
Steven Lee Robbins, 45, West Liberty, passed away at his residence the morning of July 5, 2013.
He was born Nov. 20, 1967, in Troy, to Kenneth "Jack" Earl Robbins and Carol Jean "Jeanie" Yates Robbins Blair, who survives in West Liberty.
Also surviving are a son, Colton K. Robbins, and Colton's mother, Jenny Simmons of Minster; three siblings, Thomas Robbins of West Palm Beach, Fla., Kenneth (Jeannie) Robbins of Wellington, Fla., and Jacqueline (Duane) Smith of West Liberty; five nieces and nephews, Trace, Leah and Gavin Robbins, Tyler and Austin Smith; and uncles and aunts, Jerry Robbins of Minster, Jack Brock of Troy, Audrey Myers of Troy, Steve (Karen) Yates of Sidney, Edgar (Barbara) Yates of West Palm Beach, Fla., and Linda (Ralph) Boardwine of Wythville, Va.
He had been employed at CAPT in Celina and was also a skilled brick mason. While living in Florida, he attended Grace Gospel Church in West Palm Beach.
A memorial service is 2 p.m. Wednesday at Gehret Funeral Home in Fort Loramie, the Rev. James Manuel officiating. Interment will follow at the Pioneer Cemetery in Fort Loramie.
Calling is noon until the time of services Wednesday at Gehret Funeral Home.
Memorials may be given to the Colton K. Robbins Memorial Fund.
