* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Irene Shinabery
Irene Shinabery, 88, formerly of St. Marys, died at 5:25 a.m. Oct. 11, 2013, at St. Marys Living Center.
She was born April 15, 1925, in Mercer County to Andrew and Velma Douglas Linn. On April 29, 1944, she married Richard "Mope" Shinabery, who died Oct. 28, 1997.
Surviving are two daughters, Sandra (Terry) Lewis, Indianapolis, Ind., and Sue (Marvin) Buschur, Coldwater; three sons, Larry (Mona) Shinabery, Celina, Steven (Chris Caudill) Shinabery, St. Marys, and Bruce (Chris) Shinabery, Minster; 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; a sister, Juanita (James) Wenning, Coldwater; and a brother, Leon (Mary Ellen) Linn, St. Marys.
Deceased are a son, Jerry Shinabery; a granddaughter, Christina Lewis; and a brother, Ernie Linn.
She was a homemaker and a member of Zion Lutheran Church, St. Marys. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Her main focus in life was the well-being of her family.
Rites are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home, West Chapel, St. Marys, the Rev. Bill Maki officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Grand Lake Hospice.
