Charles Muether
Charles Randolph "Randy" Muether, 69, Celina, passed away at 5:40 a.m. March 17, 2014, at his residence.
He was born Aug. 5, 1944, in Celina, to Charles H. and Vivian Coil Muether. On Aug. 8, 1984, he married Valerie Kable, who survives.
Also surviving are his children, Heather Kriegel, New York, and Aaron and Sara Kriegel, Celina; grandchildren, Mason Kriegel, Gabby Perez and Madison Almodovar; brother and sister-in-law, Steven and Johanna Muether, Celina; sisters and brother-in-law, Suzi Walker, Tipp City, and Janet and Stan Wilker, Celina.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Muether, and a brother-in-law, Michael Walker.
He was a 1963 graduate of Celina High School and served his country as an electrician for the United States Navy on the USS Constellation from 1963-1967. He was formerly employed as an Ohio State Patrolman and retired from Work Flow One in 2006. He was a life member of the Celina Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5713 and a member of the Celina American Legion Post 210, the Celina Moose Lodge and the Mercer County Sportsmen's Association.
Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Thursday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. David Hoying officiating. Private family burial will be held at a later date in Swamp College Cemetery.
