* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Susan Binion
Susan Binion, 66, Celina, formerly of Genoa, went to be with the Lord after a long illness at 11:15 a.m. June 1, 2014, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born July 9, 1947, in Toledo, to Steve Michael and Betty Howell Balazs.
Her husband of 28 years, Cecil Binion Jr., survives in Genoa. Her first husband, Harold Tidwell, is deceased.
Also surviving are a son, Cecil Edward Binion III of California; three daughters, Brenda Binion Pohlman Hardy, Roanoke, Va., Janet Binion Barto Strezinski, Williston, and Alisa Binion Minarik, Toledo; two sisters, Carol Dussell, Oregon, and Joyce Johnson, Stoney Point, N.C.; nine grandchildren, the Rev. Jeremy Pohlman, Farmville, Jacquie Binion, Genoa, Stephanie Pohlman, Roanoke, John Barto Jr., Toledo, Ashton Barto, Williston, Christopher Binion, Celina, Brandon Minarik, Celina, Orelio Espinoza, Maumee, and Julian Espinoza, Maumee; five great-grandchildren, Bruce Binion, Brandon Binion, Emily Barto, Isabelle Barto and Jenna Pohlman; and a fraternal aunt, Lola Tipton, Toledo.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sons, Harold Tidwell Jr. and Randy Tidwell.
She was a homemaker and a wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Her family was very important to her and she spent all of her days caring for them.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Revs. Michael Spencer and Shawn Meyer officiating. Burial will be in Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 10-11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
