Mark Winters Sr. drives Reins to Victory to victory in a filly trot race during Sunday's harness racing program at the Mercer County Fair. The harness racing program for the fair concludes tonight with a 6 p.m. start. The Grand Lake Pace will be featured during the 10-race program.
