Dorothy L. King, 89, Ohio City, died Nov. 5, 2014, at her residence.

She was born Feb. 17, 1925, in Terre Haute, Ind., to Fredrick and Ilda Gauer Follmer. On Dec. 14, 1945, she married Jack E. King, who died Sept. 9, 2006.

Surviving is a daughter, Linda (Terrill) Snyder, Rockford.

She was a homemaker.

No services will be held. Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home and Crematory, Van Wert, is handling the arrangements.
