Russell Brown
Russell E. Brown, 75, a resident of Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community and formerly of Blue Mound, Ill., died on June 3, 2015, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
Graveside burial rites are 1 p.m. Sunday at Hall Cemetery, Blue Mound.
