Jessica Ginter
Jessica Harley Ginter, 15, of 820 Jay Street, Saint Marys, Ohio, died Sunday, July 5, 2015, of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident on State Route 364, near Saint Marys.
She was born April 12, 2000, in Saint Marys, the daughter of Donald Ginter and Carla Toler Strawn.
She is survived by her parents, Donald (Angel) Ginter of Saint Marys; Carla (Steve Hunter) Shortridge of Saint Marys. She is survived by her siblings: Courtney Patsel of Saint Marys; Megan Sudduth of Saint Marys; Kaci Strawn of Wapakoneta; Justin Berry of Celina, and Brandon Berry of Saint Marys.
Also surviving are her grandparents: Mick (Jane) Ginter, Sr. of Saint Marys; G.C. (Barb) Thompson of Saint Marys; Carl (Linda Ostendorf) Toler of Sidney; by her step-grandmother, Wilma Ginter of Saint Marys; by her great-grandmother, Evelyn Rupert of Saint Marys; by her step-grandparents, Dean (Donna) Chaney of Celina. She is survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Evelyn Ginter Goodwin and by her great-grandfather, Ross Rupert.
Jessica was entering her Sophomore year at Saint Marys Memorial High School. She was a tomboy at heart, and loved horses and rodeos, bull riding, hunting and fishing. She loved to rollerskate and was an excellent artist. She will be remembered for her sassy attitude and friendly personality.
Funeral rites will be held 1:00 P.M. Friday, July 10, 2015, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, Ohio, Pastor Jim Sweigart, officiant. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens, near Saint Marys.
Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home, where memorial gifts may be given to the Auglaize County Humane Society. Condolences may be sent to Jessica's family via Millerfuneralhomes.net.
