Beatrice Ellen Sattler, age 72, Celina, Ohio passed away at 5:00 p.m. on Monday August 31, 2015 at the Celina Manor Nursing Home in Celina.

She was born on April 6, 1943 in Alma, Michigan to the late Leroy & Zelma (Campbell) Kress.

Survivors include her children Deb Hawkins & Jeff McNeilan of Celina, Scott & Jenny Conn of Celina, Kelly & Curtis Joyce of Anna, 8 grandchildren Jennifer Hawkins & Shawn Levings, JD & Kelly Hawkins, Jill & Brad Mitchell, Cameron Shonk & Whitney Schick, Paige Shonk, Braden Conn, Kenzie Conn, Kenadee Joyce, great grandson Grayson Hawkins, Special friends Steve Wiseman of Celina, Troy & Bridget Wiseman and his three children Zack Wiseman, Alanna Wiseman, Meckenna Wiseman, brother & sister-in-law Jim & Judy Kress of Elm Hall, MI, sisters & brothers-in-law Jeanne Sink of Defiance, Judy & Ed Bigelow of Elwell, MI, Rosie & Terry Neyer of Mt. Pleasant, MI, Karen & Paul Bowker of Owosso, MI.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a long-time companion and best friend Jerry Colton.

Beatrice was formerly employed at Carl A. Wright's as the manager and was a manager of the Motor Inn Restaurant.

She attended the Bethany United Methodist Church in Celina and was a former member of the Red Hat Club, the Celina American Legion Post #210, the Celina V.F.W Post #5713 and the Celina Moose Lodge. She volunteered at Mercer Health Hospital in Coldwater.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 4, 2015 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. John Exman officiating. Her remains will be buried in Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina, at the convenience of the family.

Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. on Thursday Sept. 3, 2015 and an hour before services at the funeral home.
