* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...Through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain are possible Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall may produce 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Samuel Wuebker
Samuel J. Wuebker, age 20, of Maria Stein, died Saturday, September 5, 2015 following a motor vehicle accident in Mercer County.
He was born December 14, 1994 in Coldwater to Steven & Jennie (Giere) Wuebker of Maria Stein.
He is also survived by a daughter Annabella Rose Wuebker, his girlfriend Lacie Browning of Troy, sisters Marrisa Wuebker of Maria Stein & friend Josh Goubeaux, and Christine Wuebker of Maria Stein & friend Joe Brandt, a nephew Jordan Goubeaux and grandparents Edmund & Jeanette Giere of Maria Stein and Joann Wuebker of Minster.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather Frederick Wuebker.
He was a member of St. John Catholic Church, Maria Stein, a 2013 Graduate of Marion Local High School and worked as a truck driver for Brandt Swine Farms in Versailles.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am Thursday, September 10, 2015 at St. John Church. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 pm Wednesday and 9 to 10 am Thursday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster.
