* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Snow showers associated with an arctic front are moving through this morning, providing a quick accumulation of snowfall. With wind gusts between 30 and 40 mph, the snow showers combined with blowing snow are reducing visibility and creating challenging travel conditions. These conditions are most impactful on roads that are more rural and are aligned from north to south. Even after the snow ends, elevated winds will continue to blow snow into the early afternoon.
Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Teresa Vest

Teresa (Tess Reichert) Vest, 63, a past resident of Fort Recovery, OH passed away Friday, April 29, 2016 at her home in Otisco, Indiana.

She was born Feb 24th 1953 to Sylvester and Dorothy Reichert (both deceased). She is survived by her husband Jerry Vest.

She was the 9th child in the family of 15 children. Her surviving siblings include: Marge Martin, Carol (Gene) Hartnagel, Tom Reichert (Kathy), Louie Mescher, Fred Reichert (Diane), Steve Reichert (Ruth), Ann (Dodie) Stammen (Jim), Kim Rammel (Dave), all from Fort Recovery OH. Dave (Mary) Reichert, Monroe City, MO. Ginny Meinerding (Jack), Jo Leighner (Ed ) both from Union City IN, Gary Reichert (Bev) Upland IN, Regina Copley (Dennis) Louisville KY. She is also survived by her step daughter Jill Vest, numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brother Bob, brother-in-laws Dick Martin and Harold Boise nieces Amy Reichert, Michelle Reichert and nephew Greg Hartnagel.

She was a graduate of Sinclair Community College and spent her career in the field of nursing. She was an avid reader and loved to work outside in her flower gardens and travel. Her spirited conversation on just about any topic will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

A Private "Celebration of Life" gathering will be arranged at a later date per Tess's request. In addition, in lieu of gifts or flowers, Tess request all donations go to Hosparus of Southern Indiana.
